Following a busy, formative, and decisive year, CN TEXTIL AND CO, the group's French holding company, along with the Nakoneczny Marin family, the group's shareholders, wishes to express its sincere gratitude to all its partners, clients, distributors, agents, logistics platforms, creative studios, and distribution networks who have supported our growth. We also take this opportunity to extend our best wishes for the coming year.

2025 will have been the year of consolidation and structuring of the CN Group around a clear model , now managed through five integrated operational departments:
1. Textile manufacturing (OEM / ODM / private label)
2. Multichannel distribution
3. B2B/B2C Logistics & Fulfillment
4. Application Development and SaaS Solutions
5. Raw materials sourcing & international trade
This architecture now allows our 11 entities and brands to work with consistency, discipline, vision and performance, while remaining true to our DNA: an independent, agile and international textile industry .
By 2025, we will have crossed several significant thresholds:
– strengthening our industrial footprint ,
– development of new European partnerships
– acceleration of our logistics capabilities ,
– and above all a deliberate international shift with nearly 50% of the group's turnover coming from exports.
In 2026, our goal is clear: to continue to act , progress and improve rather than capitalize, and to strengthen our presence in France, Europe and the world .
Message from the Group Chairman
“ 2025 marked the transition from a group under construction to one with a long-term vision. In its early years, an independent player often operates at the pace of one or two projects, one or two brands, one or two subsidiaries. This dependence is natural, but it is fragile. In 2025, I asked our teams to broaden their horizons: diversify, but with coherence; develop, but within a clear framework; expand our services, our expertise, and our technologies by building them as distinct brands. We have eliminated our dependence on the French market, with nearly 50% of our revenue now generated from exports. We have structured a motivated, competent, and aligned team. We now have a five- to ten-year vision. I am proud to see that our group is solid, despite being relatively new, self-financed, and completely independent.” I also stand by our international strategy: we are establishing companies abroad, we are being welcomed by European and global markets that want to work with us, and this gives us the strategic visibility we need to plan, invest, and make key decisions.
